Torque Release Technique

Torque Release Technique (TRT) is a chiropractic method used to gently correct subluxation or spinal misalignments in a non-invasive manner. Rather than physically manipulating the joints, TRT aims to encourage the body to naturally heal itself.

Focusing on the correction points between the spinal cord and spinal column, a chiropractor using the TRT method will work to improve the tone of the nervous system and muscles. The spinal tone refers to the tension around the ligaments attached to the spinal cord and bones.

TRT works to correct tonal imbalances within the spinal cord to improve the nervous system function and regulate the brain. An instrument called the integrator is used by the chiropractor to apply a gentle and specific adjustment without the use of twisting, popping or cracking.

Diversified Technique

The diversified technique is one of the most widely used forms of adjusting techniques in the chiropractic profession that utilizes a hands-on approach that involves the manipulation and adjustment of the spinal column and /or arms/legs. The technique is a combination of the best techniques from other adjusting methods. This technique is unique as it uses small, very quick thrust movements on a specific spinal segment and corrects any joint dysfunction.

Thompson Technique

The Thompson Technique, often referred to as Thompson Drop or Drop Table, is a chiropractic analysis and adjusting technique that combines precision with comfort while addressing the full spine. The Thompson Technique includes a system of analysis that checks leg length to determine where in the spine misalignments exist. After adjusting, we’ll recheck the legs to confirm the lengths are now equal, which shows alignment has been restored.
